Pay Rate/Salary: At least $20.00 / Hour
Works primarily at a customer's location and is responsible for all staffing related functions required to provide exceptional service to our customer and temporary employees. On-site Managers are assigned to accounts that have a separate P&L statement from a branch. The on-site account will perform recruiting functions at the customer site. Must have the ability and drive to recruit, interview and supply temporary staff for customer needs. This role may also be responsible for leading and managing a team directly. The scope of position may vary depending upon the customer and the size of the account.
Must have at least 2 years experience with supervising employees of 150 people or more in a metric driven environment. Staffing industry preferred.
Be highly energetic and experience with and/or ability to work in fast paced environment and to work under pressure.
Able to maintain flexibility to work evening hours our weekends to meet the business needs of supporting the customer.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Proficient time management skills. Be able to effectively plan, organize, prioritize and multi-task in fast-paced environments.
Organized, objective, and detail oriented.
Have a strong customer service attitude and commitment.
Job Requirements Ability to work in warehouse environment. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test prior to start.
