Adecco has a current job opportunity for an Onsite Specialist at Ricoh. Part time hours (21) and Temp to Hire Opportunity. Pay starts at $14.00.
Part Time Hours: 21 hours a week. Must be flexible with hours. Hours range between 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Monday - Friday. Candidate will average about three work days/7 hour shift with a 30 min lunch, per week. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be tech savvy and be able to operate production equipment such as, Desk Top Scanner, Copy Machine, Folder/Inserter, Postage Machine, Printers, etc. Computer skills a must and prefer someone who has intermediate to advance level of experience in Word, Excel, Adobe and Outlook. Customer Service experience preferred.
This person would either be checking in packages in/out to our online system, sorting incoming mail, delivering mail/packages, date/time stamping documents, logging information, prepping for scanning, batching for scanning, scanning using a desk top scanner, Kofax Scanning Software, indexing scanned documents. Stocking/ordering shipping supplies. Working in the Copy Center processing copy requests electronically, setting up files, binding, laminating, folding/inserting mail into envelopes, Shipping, running a postage meter, answering phones, scheduling conference rooms, setting up tables/chairs in training rooms
