Pay rate: $14.00 per hour
Shift: 7:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday
Duration: 2 months
Print Production and finishing experience necessary. Experience with process management and quality control in a print environment or similar. Strong customer service experience. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to multi-task at a high degree and trouble shoot as needed to work through less then complete project instructions. Able to communicate professionally via phone and email when interacting with customers and business associates. Knowledge in the health care field or of control document management a plus.
Represent business brand by delivering service excellence at all times. Arrives to work on time and meets schedule requirements including taking lunch, breaks and clocking out on time unless otherwise approved. Primary support for project management in the print production space, in partnership with site team and management. Operate various multi-function printers/copiers while delivering highest level of quality control. follow detail instructions from customer print requests that are submitted via online platform and email. Assist site manager in the process of PO management and some billing support. manages and maintains daily all print logs for all work produced and does so with complete accuracy. Participates with site manager in the ordering and inventory process as it relates to print production resources. Meets all training and development expectations set while maintaining an ongoing self development effort to understand the business. operates various auxiliary machines and equipment including laminator, drill, cutter, trimmer, scorer and folder, envelope printer, etc. Assists in the process and procedure development as it pertains to current and new procedures implemented on site. Other supporting needs as outlined by Site Management and Account Manager.
