BS degree in operations management or related field.
2 years proven work experience as operations analyst.
Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics.
Excellent IT skills SharePoint, Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel.
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
Possession of key competencies, including conflict management, business negotiation, organization and decision making.
Highly motivated, good listener, dynamic team player and great communications.
