Department Overview The Digital Channel is one of our key distribution channels. The Digital Channel has a global mandate and an enterprise-wide strategy for the across TDBFG. The aim of the channel is to deliver an exceptional, seamless and effortless experience for customers and clients who manage their finances online. The Digital Channel is accountable for the online strategy, customer experience and distribution of products and services across businesses Job Description Provide support and delivery of requirements and work packages on low complexity projects/initiatives in alignment with business strategies. May also support team with project/program delivery. Job Requirements • Contributes and supports the Requirements Management / work packages for Tier 4-5 low risk and regulatory projects or initiatives

• Sound knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices and standards across the project life-cycle

• Gain/acquire a basic understanding of business and user interaction with technology throughout project delivery

• Work performed under management guidance and supervision

• May identify and contribute to problem resolution

• Supports and may contribute to communication and change management activities Qualifications • Undergraduate degree required

• 2+ years related experience required Hours M-F 8AM - 5PM Inclusiveness
