As an Operational Data Analyst you will be a key strategic member of a team that provides metrics and analysis of daily Client Services claims processing as well as defining future direction. This position analyzes, defines, documents and develops reports and processes to improve workflow and insure highest quality standards are being achieved. The team works closely with internal and external partners to deliver key strategic projects, manage applications and enhance Client Services processes. As part of the Reporting Team, you will work with databases such as RxClaims and MedForce, and handling both ad hoc reporting and regulatory reporting. You will be cross-trained on all systems within the Paper Claims department. An ideal candidate has the ability to lead projects, analyze complex database tables and files and define and provide assistance to resolve reporting issues.
Additional responsibilities of the Operation Data Analyst include:
- Developing reports based on specifications given
- Testing and verifying the information being reported for Assigned projects
- Escalating and reporting any issues to management
- Participating in client meetings as needed, to provide further details about reporting results and findings.
