Operational Risk Management Associate

The Operational Risk Governance Associate will support governance and oversight of Prudential’s Enterprise Business Continuation Management and Third Party Risk Management Programs.  The incumbent will directly support the leaders of these programs with governance councils, project management, communications and reporting. 


Primary Responsibilities:

·        Prepare and assess business continuation and third party risk management metrics

·        Gather agenda items, prepare materials, and develop minutes for governance councils

·        Track and follow up on action items and issues

·        Manage the tracking of strategic projects, objectives and deliverables

·        Proactively manage intranet site design, content elements and update protocols

·        Support the development and delivery of communications to Business Continuation Officers and Vendor Governance Officers

·        Develop training material in support of program standards and Archer

·        Perform monthly continuous monitoring/metric reporting
