With management guidance, provides analysis and support for field operations, including trend analysis, process development and documentation, training development, and troubleshooting. Provides implementation support for deployment of new functions, processes, and systems as needed. Participates on new product development teams, Quality Action Teams (QAT), and special project teams.
• Collaborates with FedEx Ground Pittsburgh General Headquarters (PGH) departments, Information Technology (IT), and field personnel across the company. • Participates on tactical project teams. • Validates and updates performance metric analysis and reports. • Assists in development of administrative processes and business requirements to support new system enhancements. • Identifies and implements process improvements with management guidance. • Documents field processes and updates appropriate corporate publications. • Communicates process changes to the field organization in a timely manner. • Provides on-site support to field operations. • Participates on QATs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field required; High school diploma or GED and four (4) years experience in Business, Logistics or related area is accepted in lieu of degree.

• Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications. • Verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain complex and/or confidential information. • Time management and organizational skills necessary to manage multiple projects, appropriately prioritize workload, plan for resources to meet deadlines and goals, and respond to day-to-day functional needs. • Ability to analyze, review, and make recommendations. • Ability to develop effective methods for tracking and monitoring data or information.
Bachelors degree in Engineering will also be considered.
This position may be domiciled at the Pittsburgh, PA office or the Brookfield, WI office. .
