Staffmark is seeking (3 direct hire ) Bank Card Operations Managers to support Bank Card Assistance and Travel Retail. These positions require mentoring of associates and hands-on management. Flexibility of scheduling is critical.
Each Manager will be responsible for 1 of the following shifts : Salary $45K-$50K
3 Shifts - Hours 11 AM to 7 PM/ 12PM- 8 PM/ and 4 PM - 12 AM.

Job Requirements Possess advanced call center management experience. Facilitate 3-5 years in a leadership role. Ability to mentor to call center associates while coaching and developing the team through extensive people management. Ability to manage 15-18 associates and provide escalation assistance. Knowledge of Call Center metrics. Insurance background a plus. On call rotation once a month for weekend shifts. Must be flexible contingent upon business needs. Holidays included in schedule.
