We are looking for individuals that can help manage the process to service our national customers. In this position you will be a centralized point of contact for our customers. Adecco is the world leader in temporary staffing and HR solutions. This opportunity is a role that provides support to our recruiting teams through our centralized center here in Alpharetta. Some other responsibilities: Provide support and guidance directly for large national account clients that require centralized service solutions. Manage the administration of processes and operational duties for national customers, adhering to contractual service level agreements, and order management. Create and distribute orders to Adecco branches across the country. Work with multiple client systems and various technologies. Manage data entry and time sensitive administrative tasks. Provide support reconciling receivables. Review candidate resumes and submit to clients. Manage multiple email accounts and ensure prompt responses to clients and internal inquiries.
