We are seeking an Operations Engineer to join our team. In this hybrid position involving operations, development, engineering and support, this individual will focus on the systems and tools needed to deploy and run Aspera's hosted service offerings. You will be implementing the tools that run our online business, while providing platform support in a rotational model. Who You Are
You possess solid decision-making abilities, and value the impact of collaboration and the concept of team. The ideal candidate has a mix of engineering and operations experience. You have a strong Engineering background and experience supporting tools in a 24x7 hosted environment. You know what it takes monitor and support a distributed hosted service, and have an 'automate first' mentality. Standard deliverables come to life as a result of your superior written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities
- Collect requirements, design, code and test critical applications is support of the companies operational support tools.
- Work on Operations Monitoring platforms constructing operational dashboards.
- Manage the applications and processes that automate operations of Aspera's hosted service offerings.
- Work with Business Services, Product Engineering and Sales Operations teams to deliver low overhead solutions that meet operations security and audit requirements.
