Job Description
• First responder to incidents through alerting system or ticketing system
• Work closely with peer teams to resolve customer problems
• Deliver daily tasks and where possible improve and automate
• Support weekly service updates and other scheduled tasks
• Trouble shoot a wide array of technologies
• Participate in unplanned work
• Contribute to our team knowledge base
• Flexible work schedule - 4 on, 4 off, rotational shift
