Special Collects Operations Lead

Adecco is currently assisting a local client, one of the World's Largest Search Engines in their search to fill a Special Collects Operations Lead. This is part of an exciting fast growing project within the Search Engine. This is a temporary assignment for 12 months and the position is located in San Jose, CA.

Job Description:

Planning & Research
? The Operations Lead will be researching for possible organizations in other countries
to participate in the project (via telephone and email).
? Once the direct point of contact is identified, the Operations Lead will engage the client
on the service being provided with the goal of having the client agree, making sure the
approvement of the required documents are signed by the appropriate person.
? Playing a significant role in a long term planning of operation's schedule.
? Conducting follow-up
surveys to ensure overall client satisfaction with the product.

Operations/Management
As an Operations Lead you will be:
? Training the Operators.
? Preparing plans in Photoshop and Google Earth, scheduling the appointment, and
providing directions for operators, prior the photoshooting collect.
? Providing daily support to Operators (located in another country).
? Providing troubleshooting support to Operators in case is necessary.
? Taking full care of car maintenance (gas expenses report).
? Expenses and operator's salary report.

Data, Records, and Reports
As part of your daily duties you will be:
? Creating and updating of data reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly)
? Inputting the information collected after the capture of imagery.
? Maintaining precise and updated information on shared documents with other
departments such as logistics, technical support, etc.

Position profile/Desired skill sets:
? Must be highly professional and adhere to the highest ethical standards; ability to
interact professionally with all levels of people
? Extremely time organized
? Strong customer service skills and highly organized
? Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written
? Ability to work as a team member
? Direct sales and cold calling experience desirable
? Basic computer skills (Google Docs and Microsoft Office)
? Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
? Fully bilingual English/Spanish, Portuguese a plus
? Strong interest in learning new software tools
? Have logistics and geographical proficiencies
