Job Description:
  • Lead Facility daily operations including case volume forecasting, work scheduling and removing obstacles to team performance
  • Lead team of hourly Frontline employees
  • Responsible for people and team development, quality, cost, service and safety performance
  • Develop individuals and the team to solve operational issues using Baseline Problem Solving
  • Motivate the team to achieve performance targets
  • Coach team to facilitate problem solving
  • Job level will vary based on experience and scope of role L06-L08


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short & long term performance goals
  • Communicate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues
  • Motivate team to achieve plan / budget goals
  • Develop and facilitate run right venues (examples: pre-shift, mid-shift, individual performance feedback, etc.)
  • Solve Facility operational issues and source vendors for facility repairs
  • Administer policies and practices
  • Initiate and implement projects
  • Conduct presentations and formal training programs
  • Improve team communication and engagement
  • Think quickly, creatively and challenge team to do the same

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Degree preferably in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related major
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Highly motivated self starter
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment with the ability to make tradeoff decisions quickly
  • Ability to give/receive constructive feedback
  • Ability to lead a team based approach to decision making
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a results oriented, challenging environment
  • Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, follow-up and team building skills

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Authorized to work in United States on a permanent basis
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Willingness to work off shifts, weekends, & holidays
