Build relationships with hiring managers, gain knowledge of their areas of responsibilities and their staffing needs; act as a subject matter expert to deliver the best possible service.
Provide leadership and training to ensure team members exceed client expectations and experience individual career growth.
Collaborate with other departments to better understand clients' needs, maximize level of service, encourage relationship building, and provide cost effective service solutions to customer needs.
Analyze program delivery strategies to ensure financial goals for the program are met or exceeded.
3+ years managerial/supervisory experience
A strong understanding of forecasting and demand planning
Ability to crunch numbers, analyze them and present findings to upper management.
Must have a proven track record measured by customer service levels and satisfaction, increased responsibilities, and working relationships with colleagues and management.
Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally, both in one-on-one and in group presentation situations.
Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management
Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks without compromising quality or service.
The ability to work independently as well as on a team.
