Operations Manager (Human Services Call Center)

Adecco Medical & Science has a current opportunity for an Operations Manager for our human services client in Rochester, NY.
This direct-hire role is responsible for the daily operations (of an inbound call center), as well as promoting the image (marketing/public relations) of the center. Key skills/experience for this role include:

Strong emphasis on (clinical) customer care
Workflow and workforce management
Develop/Implement QA and SLA programs
Strong strategic, analytic (data), and leadership skills

Bachelor's degree (preferably in human services, marketing, or business administration)
2-4 years' in a call center environment (preferably in an operations or management role)
