Robert Half is in search of an Operations Processor for one of our Fortune 500 clients. In this role as the Operations Processor, you will be responsible for a variety of operational tasks for the most complex processes or functions. These duties may involve reviewing incoming work, entering transactions, verifying accuracy of documents, preparing, editing, distributing, and/or correcting specialized documents. 1. Assist the banking specialist in tracking and verification of new account documents. 2. Verifies that each new account requiring special attachments or documents is complete. 3. Enters new accounts from previous day into database. 4. Reviews and verifies accuracy of new and replacement account documents and accuracy of data in system. 5. Verify that all new deposit customers are properly identified according to the bank's customer identification program.
