Our Dealer Services team supports one of the nation's leading auto lenders. The team offers integrated financial services solutions designed primarily for the auto dealer community, providing financing and related services to both dealers and consumers nationwide.

The Operations Processor 3 performs a variety of operational tasks for the most complex of processes & functions. Taking accountability from receipt of work, to resolution, and closure within designated deadlines and Service Level Agreements assigned. Tasks require coordination of information among various operational areas and customers. Uses multiple online systems.

Duties may include:

  • Data entry
  • Inbound Reinstatements/Redemptions call volume, team scheduling,
  • Resolves complex customer issues and handles Office of the President escalations
  • Provides resolution to representatives’ complex inquiries
  • Processing of Reinstatement/Redemption checks
  • Reinstatement/Redemption letter distribution
  • Month-end & ad hoc reporting
  • Key Performance Indicator evaluation (validation of Reinstatement/Redemption quote accuracy), and validation of work load
  • May assist with testing/implementation of new systems, processes, and procedures
  • May also assist with training and coaching of new and/or existing team members


Successful candidate must be flexible to work any shift Monday – Friday (7am-5pm), overtime and Saturdays. Hours are subject to change, based on business need.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of operations experience

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to independently provide summary and recommendations on operational data
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

  • Strong research, problem solving, accuracy, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently or guide a team
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and to adjust workload accordingly while under pressure
  • Experience with coaching and training within a heavily regulated environment
  • Strong decision making ability while exercising judgment within applicable guidelines
  • Knowledge of Wells Fargo Dealer Services systems and processes
  • Previous auto/finance industry experience
