Our Dealer Services team supports one of the nation's leading auto lenders. The team offers integrated financial services solutions designed primarily for the auto dealer community, providing financing and related services to both dealers and consumers nationwide.
The Operations Processor 3 performs a variety of operational tasks for the most complex of processes & functions. Taking accountability from receipt of work, to resolution, and closure within designated deadlines and Service Level Agreements assigned. Tasks require coordination of information among various operational areas and customers. Uses multiple online systems.
Duties may include:
Successful candidate must be flexible to work any shift Monday – Friday (7am-5pm), overtime and Saturdays. Hours are subject to change, based on business need.
