Job Location: United States : Florida : Tampa
The indiviual in this role conducts quality process reviews and assessments for operations processes and transactions specific to the Life Shared Services teams. In, addition they will analyze quality audit findings and work with team leadership to diagnose root causes and create and recommend corrective action plans.
The individual who fills this role will be self-motivated and have a strong desire to meet the needs of the business and the customers we support. The manager of the team works in another location, so the ability to stay focused and to keep up with work on a day to day basis with little direct supervision is critical. In addition, candidates for this role should possess.
