Adecco Group, a world leader with the recruitment of office professionals is currently recruiting for and Operations Specialist in Charlotte, NC with our client, a leader in the financial industry.

Operations Specialist candidate must be available to aid & assist with analysis and resolution of operations issues and initiatives, which may require exception handling and working with multiple operational and/or product specialists to resolve. Operations Specialist may participate in projects and/or introduction of new initiatives, systems, products/services and processes. Operations Specialist may review operational procedures and make updates where applicable.

Operations Specialist Responsibilities:

New account creation and updates to existing accounts for Global Markets Institutional clients including; Futures, FX Derivatives, & Commodities
Ensuring account on boarding SLA?s are met
Supporting the business in the remediation of client and or account defects and enhancements.
Working with the business to resolve inquiries regarding OFAC and Economic Sanctions scans in accordance with bank policy
Updating key metrics and statuses on exception resolution for accounts across multiple lines of businesses supported by Reference Data
Able to work flexible hours in order to support global clients and account on boarding processes in multiple regions


Operations Specialist Requirements:

Bachelors Degree or work experience equivalent
Strong written and oral communications
Proficient with Microsoft applications
Strong analytical skills
Self motivated with the ability to take instruction and work independently
Ability to work under pressure in a team oriented environment


Day to day Operations Specialist candidate will be following up on returned mail from clients. Will need to toggle back and forth from screens to screens to see if updated address is documented in various systems, would need to follow up with clients to validate address. Will do other tasks as needed if there is time

Candidates for this position will need to have Strong EXCEL skills and will be updating spreadsheet with notes and documentation. V look up is a must.
