4+ years operational experience including 2+ years managerial experience

2 years project management
2 years coaching and development of a team of (10) or more individuals.
Experience writing processes, procedures, and guidelines for the team or department
Handles first level customer escalations and work towards resolution in a timely manner to make sure all customer issues are addressed in a professional manner and resolution is met within SLA.
Ensures that employee’s individual development plans are written, and that effective training, coaching and mentoring is provided to employees to carry out their responsibilities, maximize their potential and meet objectives while supporting them to advance in their career paths.
Conducts monthly one-on-one, team leads and team meetings with each team member to ensure policy and procedure understanding; and to provide regular, timely feedback to each employee on their performance.
Discuss disciplinary actions with low performers, provide the necessary coaching and resources to help them improve performance and help them apply corrective actions to meet or exceed job expectations.
Actively participates in the interviewing and hiring process, to result in the selection of the best qualified internal and external candidates consistent with our diversity.
Ensures all departmental goals are achieved on a daily, monthly and annual basis and all KPI’s are met or exceeded.
Ensures the development and implementation of process improvements that will allow us to achieve our business goals while at the same time meeting our employee and customer satisfaction goals.
