Adecco Engineering and Technology is currently recruiting for an Optical/Mechanical Technician job located in Fremont, CA. It's a contract to hire role.

Job responsibilities include:

Die attachment system operating including tooling and fixtures change and calibration on attachment station

Wire bonding system operating including tooling and fixtures change and calibration on Auto/semi Auto/Manual operation wire bond machine
Dispensing system operating including tooling and fixtures change and calibration
Operating and maintain test and measurement system
Clean room operating and maintenance

REQUIRED (must have skills):

The candidate must have strong ability to read, write and understand English
The candidate must have mechanical assembly concept, understand the mechanical structure for assembly, change tooling and fixtures on machines
The candidate is capable to learn computer control equipment and to compose the corresponding machine programs/scripts
The candidate is capable to learn and perform high accuracy meteorology and measurement equipment on samples/products
The candidate has ability to read drawings and utilize mathematics, handbook formulas, and a variety of precision testing and measuring instruments
The candidate has ability to use standard PC software including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, etc.
The candidate has ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications (nice to have skills):
Experience on die bonding machine, wire bonding machine and hot bar solder reflow is a plus

Education or Training:
Technical/Associate Degree
