Basic Qualifications

The HCM Consultant is responsible for both product planning and product marketing of Accenture’s Enterprise Services for Government (AESG) business service.  AESG is a suite of tools, methodologies and solutions that help clients transform their back office estate in the Health and Public Service industries.  It is technology agnostic.  The Product Managers job includes defining AESG releases, working with the AESG Product Engineering team to scope and manage the release timings, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with other back office teams to deliver winning back office solutions in the Health and Public Sector market. It also includes supporting global and local sales teams to ensure sales and revenue goals are met.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation with knowledge of at least three (3) of the following solutions: Workforce Compensation, Profile Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Career Development.
  • Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience in implementation of enterprise-level software such as PeopleSoft/ Oracle EBS for HCM Compensation and Performance Management Modules
  • Minimum of 1 full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. Including delivery of systems strategy, business requirements, gap analysis, business process designs, design workshops, functional configuration, testing, client user training.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
