Oracle CPQ Expert Services are consulting professionals that focus on providing guidance and assistance on our customers' current Oracle CPQ Solutions. Project scope is usually focused around the Oracle CPQ's core functionality areas of configuration, pricing, quotation generation and enabling the sales process and workflow. Our Senior Oracle CPQ Consultants
are responsible for working with our clients, to troubleshoot issues, give guidance on new functionality and best practices, as well as build out detailed designs and execute on those designs. They use the Oracle CPQ functionality and the BMI programming language to perform this development, but may use languages such as XML and Java to create necessary functionality.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous consulting experience or experience working with b2b customers
- Experience working with software or Cloud delivery projects
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- At least 1 year of coding experience prefered
Nice to have skills include:
- Experience with programming languages such as XML, Java, etc.
- Oracle CPQ, or some combination of the following:
- Worked in a relevant business function
- Consulting (software and services)
- Packaged software implementation
- CRM and/or ERP
- Non Oracle CPQ
Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.
Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
