Job Responsibilities:
Achieve or exceed quota on a consistent and predictable basis.
Direct sales for Oracle Enterprise CRM customers within a defined geographical region.
Gain acceptance and close deals for Oracle CRM Applications - Oracle RightNow CX Service Cloud
Prospect and develop customers within defined territory.
Partner closely with the Oracle Applications Account Executives to expand the CRM footprint.
Generate predictable forecasts and pipeline.
Build strategic working relationships with C-level Executives, Channel Managers and Partners.
Develop and use collaborative relationships to generate sales and identify new opportunities.
Build customer loyalty by effectively meeting customer needs; building productive customer relationships; and taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle is looking for a seasoned sales executive for the Oracle RightNow CX Service Cloud Sales Organization.
This individual needs to be a high energy, hands on, take charge seasoned sales executive with proven leadership skills. Additional preferred characteristics include:
  • Proven record of performing against quota over an extended period of time for the same employer.
  • Ability to quickly prospect and qualify potential customers.
  • Experience selling Applications solutions.
  • Experience selling complex and strategic software solutions.
  • Ability to build customer trust, interact with others in a way that gives them confidence in one's intentions and those of the organization.

Qualifications:
Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts).

Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.

Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years field sales experience with focus on large strategic accounts including applications sales experience. Highly developed selling, customer relations and negotiation skills. Successful sales track record. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle*s competitors. Interaction with C level players. Team player. Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Presentation skills. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.
