The Oracle Data Cloud (ODC) is looking for a CPG Brands Associate, Partner Development that will be responsible for building strong relationships at Facebook|Instagram and the commensurate API Marketing Partner ecosystem. This person will leverage knowledge of Oracle Data Cloud best in class DaaS solutions to help drive revenue through our partnership. This person will report to the Senior Partnership Development Lead and works closely with other members of the Partner management team, including account leads on both coasts that own the business/technical aspects of the partnership.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with ODC cross-functional teams to align on sales opportunities to increase understanding and adoption of ODC purchase-based targeting and measurement solutions
Drive sales education by hosting partner trainings and managing new product rollouts.
Manage the overall relationship (including senior contacts) between Facebook|Instagram CPG brand sellers and corresponding ODC CPG Vertical team
Be the eyes and ears in the field by delivering feedback to the ODC FB Partner Management team to prioritize new revenue driving initiatives
Provide informed content to ODC Partner Marketing team to build impactful market collateral
Map and understand Facebook|Instagram and API Marketing Partners organizations: identify key players, decision makers, and influencers
Employ "ruthless prioritization" and focus time on top performing brands with highest growth potential
Skills and Qualifications:
3 years consulting, business development, or partnership sales experience in ad or marketing tech
Demonstrated track record owning and exceeding revenue quota
Strong understanding of both online and offline measurement tools and solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated high emotional intelligence (EQ) in business settings
Business acumen and can articulate the value of our services to key client stakeholders
Customer orientation: skilled at establishing and maintaining organizational relationships with a diverse group of people
Intellectually curious; a fast learner
Agile, demonstrated initiative and independence
Travel is expected (roughly 30%)
Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.
Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 2 years of related experience with a secondary education in Marketing or a related field.
