Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Drive, plan, and execute marketing events; trade shows, industry conferences, seminars, thought leadership programs and social events
Coordinate delivery of trade show materials as well as labor needed to set-up for events
Coordinate logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support for both pre- and post-event evaluations
Coordinate facility, exhibit set-up, equipment needed, and catering requirements
Provide on-site event support, as needed based on specific (large) conferences
Development of pre/during/post event strategy with documented outlines for every event
Detailed recap reporting of each event within 1 week of event conclusion
Solid management and development of marketing assets, giveaways and promotional items
Must be flexible, innovative, and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Excellent customer focused attitude, especially when helping with problems
Strong organization, scheduling, and time management skills
Self-motivated and self-directed in work habits
Analytical skills for evaluating trade show data
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve onsite issues with tradeshows

Education, Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, events management or related field. 5-7 years of professional experience in a global marketing/communications environment preferred. Experience in the digital marketing industry is helpful.
Must be able to travel domestically, approximately 20-25% of time
Must possess in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Eloqua and marketing automation systems (Fusion) experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to proof and edit
Requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and strong people skills
Team player who takes initiative as lead for event planning and execution
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work with little supervision

Success Criteria:
Outstanding execution of comprehensive event project plans
Consistent positive feedback from key executives, client facing teams and vertical stakeholders about well-planned and delivered events
The ability to manage multiple milestones and shifting requirements in a fluid, fast-moving environment-while keeping senior stakeholders updated on your progress-is critical to success in this position

Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization.

Meets with Sales leaders to create strategic marketing plan in support of Sales pipeline and revenue objectives. Participant in regular pipeline and forecast review meetings. Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting.

Proven track record executing multi-faceted event programs. Excellent interpersonal skills. Able to engage customers in dialogue about their business needs and IT solutions. Excellent written and verbal skills, and ability to work on far-flung virtual teams. Understands principles of Sales business/revenue/pipeline management. Moderate technical and strategic understanding of Technology, Applications, and Industry solutions being marketed. Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes from event design to execution to lead flow.
