This individual will be working with cross-functional team to drive some of the most important ODC digital audience products.
Define and own product strategy for ODC OnRamp that addresses customer and market needs, offers a superior value proposition vs. competitive alternatives, and generates compelling economics and growth for the ODC.
Innovative thinking around new product, packaging and bundle opportunities for ODC OnRamp within Oracle Data Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud and Oracle.
Collaborate with peer product teams (such as Measurement, Data and ID, Mobile, DLX Audiences), OnRamp GTM team, vertical teams (CPG, Retail, Auto, Tech/Telco, Digital, International) and Outbound Product Management to ensure a coherent product and GTM strategies.
Stay closely connected to the market with frequent client interactions, sales and partner call participation, industry events and publications.
Own product vision, strategy and high level roadmap for ODC OnRamp.
Work closely with technical product managers and program managers to define the capabilities needed to realize the value envisioned in the product strategy.
Closely collaborate with Development teams directly and through technical product managers, to define, design, and adapt capabilities for OnRamp.
Work with Operations leaders directly and through technical product managers, to build scalability and support efficiency into your products.
Work with the OnRamp and vertical GTM teams to align on goals and roadmap.
Align, energize, and engage the ODC and OMC teams to bring ODC OnRamp offerings to market and drive adoption.
Serve as the voice of ODC OnRamp, delivering clear and compelling communications to increase market awareness and generate broader demand.
Skills and Qualifications:
BA/BS or MS in quantitative discipline
Experience in product strategy/development/management and digital marketing technology required.
Exceptionally strong in technical details, customer-facing interactions and analytical skills.
Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical products and features into intuitive concepts and graphics.
Proven track record in a high-growth, entrepreneurial, and action-oriented culture.
Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
