Oracle is looking to add Senior Account Executives to their rapidly growing eBusiness team. In this role you will be selling ERP, CRM, and HCM solutions to named Mid Market accounts in your assigned geography. This is one of Oracle's strongest teams where over 60% of the AEs in this spot exceeded plan for FY14.

To be considered for this position we prefer that you have a minimum of five years of software sales experience with demonstrated ability to meet sales goals. There is also a strong preference for a degree as well as the ability to report into your local sales office a few times a week.


Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.

Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fiveyears field sales experience with focus on large strategic accounts including applications sales experience. Prefer highly developed selling, customer relations and negotiation skills as well as a successful sales track record. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle*s competitors is also prefered. This role requires interaction with C level players, as well as the ability to be a team player. The ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts is expected. You will need excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, as well as presentation skills. Travel may be needed. We also prefer a bachelor degree or equivalent
