Oracle Sales Cloud Business Analyst
The Oracle Sales Cloud Business Analyst/Project Manager is responsible for the continuous improvement, support, and maintenance of the Oracle Sales Cloud (CRM) System. Focusing on automation of sales processes, data integrity, and end user adoption the Oracle Sales Cloud Business Analyst/Project Manager will discover, design, and implement application enhancements across multiple systems.
Act as Functional expert on Oracle Sales Cloud
Administer Functional changes in Oracle Financing's Sales Cloud instance
Work with key stakeholders to document business requirements for Sales Cloud and other sales system projects
Lead and document project meetings, issues, and key decisions
Serves as liaison between Business teams and the Business Application team
Works well with all levels of the organization, and successfully manage cross-departmental expectations
Work closely with the Business Applications team to maintain the CRM environment
Keep up-to-date on product releases schedule, analysis impact to Oracle Financing CRM environment, and recommend new features for implementation.
Respond to end user issues, monitor activities to proactively identify areas for improvement to ensure user adoption and data reliability
Identify test scenarios, develop test scripts, and execute testing for system and user acceptance testing
Work closely with Sales Program managers, and other business user to perform UAT and ensure successful roll-out of new enhancements to end users
Research and provide guidance on implementation of other CRM modules to meet business needs
Minimum of 5-7 years of systems work
Working experience in Oracle Sales Cloud
Experience administrating Oracle Sales Cloud
Knowledge of Oracle Sales Cloud Security is a plus
Self-starter with a proven track record in end to end project management
Working experience with CRM systems
Experience with Business Intelligence applications
Working experience with Microsoft Office tools (Work, Excel. PowerPoint)
Experience working on global system projects
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to work on complex projects and think outside the box
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
PMP or other equivalent project management certification a plus
Working experience with Microsoft Project
Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization*s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.
Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 5 plus years relevant work experience.
