Order Entry Specialist

A local courier company is looking for a experienced order entry specialist to join their growing team. Must have excellent attention to detail, impeccable time management skills and be able to multitask. Only looking for individuals that have are determined, are a team player, and have great analytical skills. Duties and Responsibilities include the following: -Retrieve and prepare a variety of documents to meet weekly deadlines -Verify contractor data in spreadsheets for accuracy and resolve discrepancies -Data entry services -Scanning and filling documents -Support and provide backup for staff -Miscellaneous administrative support -Other duties as assigned Qualifications: -High School Diploma or equivalent -Must have computer proficiencies including 10-key typing skills -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) -Must have strong organizational skills -Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work -Positive people skills -Extreme attention to detail and problem solving sills -A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements ***M-F, 9am-5pm, $13/HR***
