- Print and prioritize all incoming faxes/emails
- Process all standard orders
- Interface with customers, account specialists and other departments regarding order entry requirements.
- Reporting using Hyperion and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to enter a large number of order lines with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Word and Excel
- Knowledge of AS400 and Outlook
- Customer Service experience
Hours: Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM
Pay Rate: $13 per hour
