Key Responsibilities
  1. Create under supervision quotations/opportunities in ERP system and provide to customer. Dealing with limited volume
  2. Create under supervision and maintain accurate Sales Orders in ERP
  3. Escalate customer requirements not being met
  4. Handle customer inquires via phone, e-mail, and fax
