  1. Create quotations/opportunities in ERP system and provide to customer.
  2. Create and maintain accurate Sales Orders in ERP
  3. Escalate and follow up on customer requirements not being met
  4. Handle complex customer inquires via phone, e-mail, and fax
  5. Maintain excellent communication with customers and internal stakeholders
  6. Develop understanding of customer requirements and relationship with customers
  7. Develop knowledge of AMAT products

Qualifications:
Education and Experience

  • Associate's Degree
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in Customer Service leading virtual cross functional teams, preferably in customer-facing, direct-contact role
  • Deep knowledge of Applied Materials' SOPs and BKMs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have project management experience; PMP certification is a plus
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Excellent problem solving skills
