Position Summary:
CVS Health is looking for a Healthcare Outreach Advocate to join our dynamic and growing team. You will partner with the hardworking hemophilia field sales representatives in the states of AL, AR, IA, KS, LA, MN, MO, MS, NE, TN, ND, SD, and WI to support the needs of our hemophilia Hispanic patient population in the central United States. You will need to reside in the Central region of the United States to support travel needs.

As an Healthcare Outreach Advocate, you are responsible for supporting patient communication and working internally to support the hemophilia educational needs of the Hispanic patient population. In this role, you will interact with state hemophilia chapters, Hispanic patient support groups, treatment centers,nurses, and customers as a representative for the hemophilia sales team and CVS Specialty pharmacy. Your success is measured through customer relations, your ability to drive new patients to CVS Specialty pharmacy and the ability to partner with internal staff to help drive patient compliance and adherence. The skills needed for this position includes strong compassion, interpersonal skills, self-motivation, dedication to customer service, be able to interpret data and be bilingual. As the bilingual Healthcare Outreach Advocate, you will collaborate with the territory sales representatives and Hemophilia Advisor nurses to identify and support educational opportunities within the Hispanic community.

You should expect 75% overnight travel throughout the entire region with many patient support events taking place on either evening or weekends.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- 2+ years of experience in hemophilia, pharmaceutical sales, specialty pharmacy, or related experience





Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of working in hemophilia or specialty pharmacy sales
- Clinical and hemophilia knowledge is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and a dedication to detail
- Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships
- You can be flexible in adapting to change
- Strong communication skills

Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
