The Hyatt at Olive 8 is recruiting for an Overnight Front Office Host to join our Hyatt Family!
As a Front Office Host you are the face of Hyatt and often the first person of contact for our guests. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversations and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. As a Front Office Host you should exhibit a welcoming demeanor during the registration process and a true desire to satisfy the needs of others.
Your duties may include:
- responding to guest inquiries,
- processing forms of payment,
- confirming reservations,
- other assigned duties.
