Guest Service Attendants are in constant communication with the Front Office, Valet, Security and In-Room Dining to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently and that In-Room Dining requests are attended to. The Overnight Guest Service Attendant will also be responsible for the oversight of the safety and security of hotel guests and employees. This person will follow safety and security standards and complete incident reports as required.
The Overnight Guest Service Attendant will also be responsible for taking care of minor general maintenance issues that may occur such as changing lightbulbs, minor plumbing issues, replacing batteries etc.
This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and hotel or local recommendations.
