ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Administrative Assistants perform various clerical, administrative and basic general duties to support the Meter Reading department.

â€¢ Performing clerical duties to support Meter Reading management including, but not limited to, accurate and timely entry of payroll time reporting and reconciliation, preparation of reports and correspondence, ordering supplies, processing invoices and SES sheets, preparing expense statements, and making meeting arrangements.
â€¢ Assisting with assigning, monitoring and updating meter reading routes, office orders, service orders and delinquent orders via various computer applications.
â€¢ Monitoring and completing follow-up tasks noted on customer accounts.
â€¢ Reviewing and taking necessary action on various meter reading reports relating to meter sets/changes as well as other various Fieldnet reports requiring action.
â€¢ Reviewing and taking necessary action on key control activities and initiating customer contact as necessary to schedule readings, provide access, etc.
â€¢ Updates system to reflect meter reader availability.
â€¢ Prioritizing, dispatching and assigning work to field employees as directed by supervisors.
â€¢ Supports and assists other Administrative Assistants as needed and determined by business demands.
â€¢ Assisting in storm restoration support.
â€¢ Performs other duties as assigned.
â€¢ Must have a high school diploma or GED. Possess 2-4 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or other equivalent position.
â€¢ Must pass the Company's EEI Support and Administrative Selection System (SASS) test.
â€¢ Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

â€¢ Must demonstrate the ability to learn the rules and regulations governing electric utilities in the applicable jurisdictions, especially provisions related to meter reading, billing and collection procedures.
