The Sales Representative will identify Retail In-Store Marketing (ISM) and Value-added corrugated packaging sales opportunities in a business development and selling role. These opportunities will result through new client relationships. In-Store Marketing is a growth area for RR Donnelley and we are looking to expand our team of creative Retail Account Executives with exceptional interpersonal and business skills to drive and grow this focus area for our company. The ideal candidate will have proven successes in both Business Development and Creative fields.


Required Skills


Experience in consultative selling strategies.
• Strong understanding of POS/POP corrugated displays
• Strong understanding of Value-added corrugated packaging options
• Demonstrated success in accessing key decision makers at multiple and appropriate levels within an organization.
• Ability to work within a large company and ensure multiple projects are completed simultaneously while working cohesively with leadership, sales and manufacturing teams
• Creative personality
• Strong work ethic
• High Attention to Detail
• Excellent written and verbal communications

Required Experience

  • Demonstrated B2B networking and sales success.
  • Understanding of the POP signage, display and packaging competitive landscapes and have knowledge of the latest industry trends related to these areas
