This paralegal is responsible for review, negotiation and documentation of contracts, and review of advertising and promotional programs. In addition, paralegal will:
The paralegal directly provides legal and business information to client groups on daily basis. The paralegal will manage a high volume of general contractual matters and oversee records management for other legal issues. The paralegal filling this role is someone who must have some transactional and/or litigation experience, work prioritization skills, good people skills, and exemplary writing skills. The candidate must be willing to work overtime.
* Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies from an ABA-approved program or a Bachelor’s degree with a Paralegal Studies Certificate from an ABA approved program.
* 5+ years of experience with in-house or law firm servicing clients in the consumer goods industry.
