To be considered for this position, you must have the legal right to work in the US without sponsorship To Apply: Apply Online by selecting "Apply Now" Duties: Provides legal support and assists professional legal staff in the preparation of documents and filings for compliance with rules, regulations and laws of various local, state and federal governmental agencies. • Collects and collates information required from a wide variety of sources • Performs research and analysis on supporting data and information needed regarding various business issues of the organization • Participates in the research and preparation of pleadings, court forms, reports as well as contracts involving leases, licenses, purchases, sales, real estate and other matters • Must have working knowledge of the law library, state and federal regulations, code sections, legal decisions and Commerce Clearing House volumes Provides support to Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings. • Opens orders, inputs closing statements from a worksheet prepared by Escrow Officer • Prepares documents for closing and handles the complete disbursement and follow up of all escrow t transactions • Communicates requirements and other information to clients including Title exceptions • Interprets earnest money agreements as they relate to closing and prepare all documents require for transactions Required Qualifications: Legal experience as long as it is real estate related is the primary experience that is required for this opportunity. Computer Skills (MS Office) Excellent verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • 2-5 years of related experience • Legal experience as long as it is real estate related is the primary experience that is required for this opportunity.
