Our client in the western suburbs of Chicago is adding an Application Support Specialist to their team. The organization specializes in business to business application creation and sales. They are looking for an individual to join their Application Support Help Desk to either resolve or escalate inbound tickets. If you have you have a passion for great customer service, and are detail oriented, then this could be the perfect fit for you!
The ideal candidate will possess the following experience:
- Application Support
- Ticketing Systems (ZenDesk preferred)
- Software troubleshooting
- Running pre-created repair scripts
- Eagerness to learn new technologies!
Foundational knowledge in the following technologies:
- Microsoft .NET
- Structured Query Language (MySQL or SQL Server)
- Scripting Languages (PowerShell, Python, Perl)
- Data Storage (Databases and Software)
