The Contracts Clerk II (Part Time) position is expected to perform various tasks, with minimal supervision, as it relates to the general maintenance and processing of home service plans, while ensuring the data integrity of customer and contract information.

 

  • Completes the inputting of new home service plan requests into the contract management system
  • Performs complex customer account and contract maintenance activities
  • Manages returned mail requests for service plan solicitations
  • Tracks, prepares and communicates business metric reports (as needed)
  • Provides continuous and timely feedback to upper management, keeping them abreast of day-to-day issues that are important to the business, customer and/or the employee
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills are required
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and/or collectively in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to exercise judgment, initiative and ingenuity to select the most appropriate course of action
  • Experience in customer account management and/or contracts-related systems preferred
  • Ability to process a high volume of data entry inputs with minimal errors and supervision

Minimum:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • At least 4 years complex clerical/account management experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Exposure to business and/or financial metric reports
  • Commitment to highest standards of quality and integrity
  • Exude a high degree of professionalism and treats others with respect

·         Demonstrated success in business operations

·         Work under minimal supervision


Position, at times, may require occasional weekend work
