**GENERAL SUMMARY** The Channel Program Sr Analyst is the subject matter expert for the Dell EMC Partner Program. Working closely with the partner, Sales, Inside Partner Account Team Members, and other corporate functions, they ensure day to day service levels are met. They ensure the partner is well informed and set up to successfully achieve their business goals. By collaborating with a team consisting of cross functional operational resources, the Channel Program Sr Analyst ensures all daily partner programmatic needs are met and program related tasks are offloaded from sales (enabling them to focus on and drive revenue). Typical responsibilities for this role include, addressing Partner inquiries and objections while educating the Partner on processes; Driving ongoing programmatic requirements; Reinforcing and sustaining programs through ongoing focus; Performing regular business performance checks; Leveraging Dell EMC data to gather insights needed to tell a compelling story that inspires action; Working with Sales counterpart to contribute to and present the overall partner performance story. **PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **Partner Relationship Management** + Primary point of contact from a programmatic perspective. + Cultivate strategic relationships to play an influential role in defining and achieving goals and priorities, and maximizing programmatic value. + Set standards for integrated communication with partners, field, and corporate groups. Ensure proper communication lines are open and utilized by all parties. + Provide exemplary service, ensuring the best customer/partner experience. **Program Effectiveness** + Driving overall accountability for program effectiveness + Support the deployment of complex programs by having a baseline understanding of key components, benefits and requirements. Reinforce program specs and address questions. + Ensure program compliance and share insights with the Partner on a regular basis to ensure they achieve maximum benefit. + Monitor program effectiveness by collecting formal & informal feedback from Partners. + Provide input to management and Program Operations Team on status and possible improvements. **Partner Program Management** + Effectively represent the voice of the customer across multiple departments within Dell EMC. + Proactively anticipate needs and potential problems; provide guidance on areas for programmatic improvement that yield business benefits for Dell EMC and our customers/partners. + Work across functions to solve partner problems. Identify root cause of the problem, establish and implement a solution, identify ways to mitigate future occurrence, and communicate with partner on problem resolution. + Identify training needs, and oversee training delivery to enable partners to efficiently conduct Dell EMC business on a day to day basis. **Work With Cross-Functional Team** + Work with a team consisting of cross functional sales and operational resources to collaborate on meeting all daily partner programmatic needs and to perform health checks for Partners. + Establish effective cross functional and cross team communications. **SKILLS** + Self-awareness/Interpersonal: Exhibits superb communication skills and Emotional Intelligence when engaging with others. Supports and fosters cross functional knowledge and fosters teamwork. + Functional/Technical: Awareness of Internal operations functions including Programs, Support, and Deal Registration. Familiar with Dell EMC Corporate functions such as Legal, Sales etc… **Education Required:** Bachelors (Business preferred) or equivalent experience **Experience Required:** Ranges include 2-4 years, 3-5 years, and 5-7 years business experience.
