Responsible for through-the-shop and over-the-counter parts sales, cores, parts stocking, ordering, receiving, returns,
Cycle counting, and physical inventory.
Sales - Greet customers promptly and courteously at the counter or on the telephone. - Determine customer
Needs. - Understand entire task - Advise customer and sell all parts necessary - Up sell additional service
Products - Order parts for the shop and over-the-counter customers. - "Pull" parts and deliver to the shop or Counter customers.
Apply part numbers to BMS work orders. - Prepare invoices - Record lost sales
Merchandise Handling - Place stock and emergency orders to MSC and Cummins. -
Receive parts and material. -Store parts and material in proper location. - Conduct cycle and physical inventory counts. Process cores. -
Receive cores - Inspect cores to determine suitability for reuse - Pack and ship cores to Diesel ReCon - Operate
Material handling equipment in accordance with manufacturers operating instructions and applicable safety Regulations.

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
Experience Entry level 1 to 2 years experience
Computer Skills: MS Word, MS Excel,
