OfficeTeam has an immediate opening for a part time Customer Service Representative! We are seeking a results oriented team player who can be entrusted to answer client questions. This Customer Service Representative will also provide back support to the Sales team, and follow up with them as necessary. This is one of the most important roles in the organization, as the organization truly takes pride in the service they deliver! Duties include, but are not limited to the following: Make sure that Customer inquiries are handled quickly and professionally Prospect company-generated leads by calling/emailing and assigning each lead to the appropriate Sales team member. Follow up with client and internal staff member assigned on incoming referral Must be knowledgeable in all company services and able to speak intelligently about them Handles incoming calls from various phone lines websites- must be comfortable asking client qualifying questions delicately.
