Position Summary:
Advanced Care Scripts (ACS), a CVS Health Company, manages and dispenses specialty medications and products nationwide. Our comprehensive patient care model provides compliance and adherence support and cost-effective solutions for all classes of specialty medications.

Shift: M-F, 11am-8pm

The Coordinator,Patient Care I schedules patient’s deliveries and address all patient needs inone phone call resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
· Schedules patient’s deliveries and addresses allpatient needs in one phone call with positive and caring attitude
· Ensures proper follow-ups are initiated sopatient’s therapy is not disrupted
· Ensures individualized goals are met
· Ensures the highest quality of care is providedand is in compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements andestablished departmental policies and procedures
· Arranges for funding programs if necessary
· Ensures the highest quality of care is providedand is in compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements andestablished departmental policies and procedures
· Serve as subjectmatter experts as needed
· Ensures individualized goals are met
· Displays professional behavior, which alignswith company’s overall code of conduct and ethics
· Other duties as assigned by leadership


Required Qualifications:
·
Six or more months of experience in customer
service, customer care or related field


·
Six or more months working in either Microsoft
Excel, Outlook, or Word


Preferred Qualifications:
·
Preferred previous Insurance experience


·
Preferred call center experience


·
Knowledge working with CPR+ application


Education:
High School Diploma or GED
