Seeking an innovative, out of the box thinker to join the evolving Clinical Trial Planning & Operations group (CTP&O) within Global Clinical Operations in R&D as we strive to build novel, customized patient and site centric strategies to drive enrollment into early development, full development, and some late phase clinical trials. Speed to patient is at the heart of this role and the individual will work across the broader CTP&O group including Enrollment Optimization, Diversity and Patient Engagement, Digital Clinical Trials and the clinical development teams to understand the patient journey as well as the barriers and opportunities associated with achieving the enrollment goals of a clinical trial.  Provides strategic, operational, financial, project management and continuous process
improvement oversight for all outsourced enrollment and retention, advocacy, and digital
activities across the portfolio.
 Build and maintain partnership with internal stakeholders such as Global Procurement and
Outsourcing Management in order to proactively identify best fit external resources and
ensure timely initiation; assists with the selection, onboarding, relationship and lessons
learned with preferred vendors.
 Collaborates with Vendor Alliance leadership to develop and maintain central financial
system and process across all studies in portfolio.
 Liaise with team members to manage study level recruitment budgets and track spend both
real and projected; manage all aspects of fund requests and invoicing, makes
recommendations for process improvements and drives implementation.
 Oversees partnership with MultiChannel Hub/Patient Hub; manages budget and invoicing
process, provides support to manage shared materials inventory; provides recommendations
for efficiencies in material development and global deployment process and drives
implementation.
Recommend solutions that are flexible, adaptable, cost conscious, and deliver business
value
 Align with Vendor Alliance Specialist to drive business process; align with Therapeutic Area
Leads and other CTPO colleagues to adopt shared learnings
 Seek opportunities beyond core remit.
