Check-In, Check-Out, collecting copay, etc. Patient Services Representative has been communicating with patients in person and by phone in a busy, fast-paced office. Address each patient/client inquiry specific to their needs; schedule and reschedule (as needed) patient appointments. Updating patient information and insurance information. REQUIREMENTS: Excellent customer service skills; Knowledge of HIPAA and medical terminology. We are looking for someone that is a team player and reliable with prior medical office experience. Clinical background preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred!
