A well known hospital in Philadelphia has an immediate need for a Patient Service Representative to join their team! The Patient Service Representative will be dealing with a high volume of calls, taking messages, handling admissions and pre-certifications. The Patient Service Representative will have no face-to-face contact with patients, all communication will be done over the phone. Experience with EPIC software is a plus for the Patient Service Representative. Ideally the Patient Service Representative will have 2-3 years of experience in a non-clinical healthcare setting.
